In 2010, 56% of the population in the EU-27 used the Internet for finding information about goods and services. Sweden and the Netherlands stand out with values of 82%, well above the EU-27 average. At the other extreme, there are countries like Bulgaria and Romania that, with values of 26%, are far below the European average. Spain records a value of 54%, similar to the EU-27 average.
