Companies with workers who partly work outside the business premises and access ICT systems from their locations

In January 2011, 21.6% of all companies with more than 10 employees had workers who did their job outside the business premises and connected to the company using IT systems, that is to say 2.2 percentage points more than the previous year.

The upward trend seen in previous years continues, jumping from 7% in December 2011 to 21.6% in January 2010 (more than x2).

 

In terms of company size, a clear difference can be seen between companies with 10 to 49 or 50 to 249 employees, with very low levels, and large companies with more than 250 employees, of which 50% had workers who connected electronically.

4.3% of companies with less than 10 employees had workers who did their job outside the business premises and connected to the company using IT systems.
