In 2010, the geographic destination of 88.2% of e-commerce sales was Spain, following the trend of the previous years, so sale transactions over the Internet were mainly directed to customers within the national territory.
9.9% of sales were directed to other countries in the European Union, which represents a decrease of 4.6 percentage points compared to 2008.
E-commerce sales directed to Non-EU countries reported a slight drop compared to 2008, ranking 1.9% of total e-commerce sales.
