In 2010, 18% of the enterprises in the EU-27 used software solutions to analyse information about clients for marketing purposes. Among EU-27 countries, Austria and Belgium stand out with 29% and 28% respectively. At the other extreme there are countries like Hungary and Estonia that do not reach 10%. Spain stands 2 percentage points above the EU27 average, recording greater growth than other countries alike.
