Análisis

In 2010, 13% of the population in the EU-27 used the Internet for returning filled in forms to public authorities. There are important differences between the 27 European countries. While Northern European countries like Denmark, the Netherlands and Sweden double the European average, with values of 50%, 35% and 32% respectively, others like the Czech Republic and Romania record percentages of around 4%. The percentage for Spain (12%) is very close to the average.
