Análisis

32% of the EU-27 population used the Internet for seeking information with the purpose of learning, 9 percentage points more than in 2007. There are important differences between the European countries. While in countries like Finland and Luxemburg 67% and 65% of the population respectively has used the Internet for seeking information with the purpose of learning in the last 3 months, in others like Bulgaria or Romania this indicator hardly reaches 20%. Spain recorded values of 29% in 2010, slightly below the EU-27 average.
